Ingredients for a Cream Fizz

* Gin
* Powdered Sugar
* Lemon
* Light Cream
* Carbonated Water

Quantities for one drink:

* 2 oz Gin
* 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
* Juice of 1/2 Lemon
* 1 tsp Light Cream
* Carbonated Water

Blending Instructions:

* Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes
* Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve
